Dock Dogs was created by partners in life and business, Timothy Nedzwecky and Hillary Bor, two people whose different paths somehow led to the same place: the waters of the Jersey Shore.

Our story

Hillary owned and operated a beloved BYOB on South Street in Philadelphia — a neighborhood gem known for local ingredients, great energy, and a fiercely loyal customer base. She knows what it takes to create a place people want to return to again and again. Hillary has a gift for understanding people, anticipating needs, and creating a welcoming environment where every guest feels like part of the family.

Tim, a lifelong creator, artist and brand builder leads with authenticity, humor, and heart. He has a background in digital content, character design, and community engagement. Everything Tim builds — from art to business — is rooted in connection, purpose, and storytelling.

Driven by passion

At the center of the brand are their two real dogs, Loki and Piggy — the official mascots of Dock Dogs. Their faces, their personalities, and their mischief tell the stories that celebrates the quirks of bay life, the traditions of an old bait shop, and the magic of summer memories.

When the opportunity emerged to revitalize the land beside Ray Scott’s Dock — an iconic Margate landmark — they knew this venture wasn’t just about selling hotdogs, but about building community, honoring local history, and creating a place where families, fishermen, locals, and visitors all feel welcome while honoring generations of tradition.

Dock Dogs is food, fun, and nostalgia — a true partnership built on the simple pleasure of being by the water.
